This McDonalds is terrible and always has been. Now they are actually scamming customers. The past two times I was there I ordered two bacon McDoubles and got two single patty bacon cheeseburgers for the price of a McDouble. No problem, people make mistakes. This third trip I ordered two bacon McDoubles and still got only single patty cheeseburgers with bacon. When I went back and told them and showed them I had only got one patty on each burger I was told they don’t have bacon McDoubles anymore. Only regular bacon cheeseburgers for $1.50 or bacon double cheeseburgers for .$2.50. So why do all my receipts say bacon mcdouble $2.00 on them? Why didn’t they tell me they no longer have that item when I ordered and paid for it?Obviously that item is still in their system if it prints out on the receipt. Whether it’s the owner, management, or employees trying to increase profit margins by hoping people will just ignore it as a simple accident it’s not right. I can no longer believe it is an honest mistake after having the exact same thing happen 3 times in a row and when brought to their attention be told they don’t have that item anymore. If they get or save an extra $0.50 per burger they sell it adds up very quickly. Someone is responsible for it, people are being cheated and it’s happenenig all for the sake of extra profit. It’s dishonest, despicable and needs to be addressed. Don’t dishonestly scam customers to help boost your profit margins.
I bought three iced coffee's and three cheeseburgers and I ate them all and then right afterwards I had to use the bathroom but the bathrooms were close so I had to run down the street but I didn't make it it was a very bad day for me and I just wish the bathrooms are open and the cheeseburgers or decorator quite disappointed
They will take care of any request with your meal.
Very rude employees, grabbed a bite at 8:45p and got nothing but an attitude. My dad's burger was overdone and black and my sandwich didn't have the vinaigrette on it. (Honestly, no big deal, things happen) the attitudes, however, were extremely uncalled for. I recommend either going to Court House McD's or go to Marmora for Dunkin Donuts.
If i could give no stars i would i had to go through so much to get my chicken nuggets got told they didn't have enough for a 10 piece then not for a 6 piece itd be a wait then i ordered a double cheesburger sub white cheddar add mac sauce didnt get the mac sauce nor the white cheddar and it says it on the tag on the cheeseburger. Worst experience at a fast food ever
